I have developed a summer cough and cold. I don't normally sound so gruff or so quiet! We don't think of the summer as being sniffles season though it often is, in the same way as I notice I often have to turn on the central heating in August.
Luckily, so far it has been lovely and warm this month - figures crossed, long may it remain.
I am having a few days off work right now.
A holiday at home but with no massages, so hopefully i will be fit for the lingam massage appointments that are already in my diary for next week.
